The CORP Academy is committed to the lawful and transparent use of personal data and will act quickly to deal with any information requests, for example removal from mailing lists.
No personal data is retained by the CORP Academy other than that required for the administration of mailing lists and for the support of candidates on our training courses and certified practitioner programme. Mailing lists and associated marketing campaigns are limited to personal connections (ie. from LinkedIn) and to individuals who have contacted us specifically in relation to the CORP Academy or related products/services. Marketing software is used in order to help identify and prioritise company email addresses for our campaigns. No personal data is shared by the CORP Academy with third party organisations, other than that required for webinar registration or payment (below).
Data collected through webinar registration and payments is used in accordance with Zoom and PayPal policies. No payment details are seen or retained by the CORP Academy, with all payments processed securely through the PayPal portal.
As trademark owner and administrator of the CORP Academy, AJC Bell Consulting Limited has registered under the Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018 with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK.
