Each of our programmes are now Institute Approved and/or registered with Ofqual
The CORP™️ programme is designed to provide the recognition that a practitioner's contribution to organisational success and longevity deserves, and it serves as a unique and genuine development pathway. And more than ever before, today’s reality underpins the attraction of achieving certified practitioner status. Resilience has taken on a new strategic significance as a result of the pandemic and organisations need access to people, like you, who understand resilience and are able to apply resilience models and learning in a meaningful and value-adding way.
The CORP™️ programme is now Institute Approved, providing professional recognition for our learning content and approach to leadership development. This allows successful candidates to enjoy the additional benefits of full membership status and access to award-winning learning resources from one of the UK's largest institute bodies - the Institute of Learning and Management.
[The CORP lite™️ programme is specifically aimed at celebrating the learning achievements and contribution of entry-level resilience practitioners and those seeking to make the initial move from a business continuity or emergency response role into something more strategic. The CORP Plus™️ programme is deliberately aimed at senior professionals and managers, with learning at a level equivalent to master's degrees, postgraduate certificates and postgraduate diplomas. Details of these programmes can be found below.]
The opportunity to gain professional recognition for contributing to organisational success, growth and longevity is not something you will find anywhere else. The CORP™️ programme provides a unique and genuine development pathway, and now boasts access to The Institute of Leadership and Management. Following independent verification, the CORP™️ programme has been awarded Institute Approved status, meaning that successful candidates satisfy the requirements for full membership of the institute, which in turn, offers the post nominals MInstLM. Given the strategic nature of the programme, your other qualifications, rank or experience may allow this to be mapped to the highest professional grade, Fellow, which offers the post nominals FInstLM.
The programme for gaining Certified Organisational Resilience Practitioner (CORP)™️ status begins either with our unique webinar-based qualification course, regulated by Ofqual and offering a Level 5 management award, or via our Institute Approved foundation course 'RESILIENCE ESSENTIALS' - see the diagram below. Both courses offer access to Modelling Future State Resilience (MFSR)™️ - a new and exclusive conceptual approach to strategic resilience in the post-pandemic environment.
The CORP programme is extremely flexible and is built around a truly unique approach to the delivery of resilience-focused training and consultancy. Knowledge and understanding are assessment against clearly defined criteria, using a recognised qualification course as the foundation. The course is supplemented by The Organisational Resilience Handbook, published by Kogan Page, and by the various manuals and other documents published as part of The Complete Post-Pandemic Resilience Toolkit series. In addition, a summary tutorial and material from each of the Academy's Institute Approved (IA) courses is offered free to candidates upon enrolment.
By focusing on evidence and a commitment to viewing resilience as a strategic capability, CORP status offers meaningful professional certification to candidates from all backgrounds and from any organisational setting. Candidates are not asked to sit an exam and there are no specific preconditions which could act as a barrier to participation. There is no annual subscription or licensing fee, and there is no expiry date to CORP status once achieved. Candidates are free to enrol at a time which is convenient to them.
We believe that CORP status offers outstanding value for money, particularly when compared with other certified practitioner programmes in similar disciplines. The programme not only offers a recognised management qualification, with learning equivalent to DipHE or foundation degree, there are no annual fees or re-certification fees and the modular structure means that candidates can attend the Level 5 qualification course or the Academy's foundation IA course before committing to either the post-course assignments or the assessment of competency.
Fees for the Level 5 qualification course are currently £250, with an additional fee for those wishing to gain a formal qualification certificate from ATHE, the awarding body. This course is offered exclusively to client organisations with at least 5 candidates.
Fees for the alternative route to CORP enrolment, via the CORP lite™️ programme or the Institute Approved 'RESILIENCE ESSENTIALS' course, begin at only £150.
In addition to the above, fees for the assessment of competency and the confirmation of CORP status are £950.
Total fees for achieving CORP status from only £1100.
Above fees are exclusive of VAT.
CORP™️ status allows individuals to display the CORP™️ logo and to reference their certified status on personal websites and social media profiles by using the CORP acronym.
A table of courses is provided below, showing their relevance to CORP™️ status.
[NOTE - Any institute membership fees are paid separately to The Institute of Leadership and Management, and membership may be subject to annual renewal and is subject to the institute's own terms and conditions.]
This is a programme for people who are making a valued, specialist contribution to resilience capability and performance. It is about competence and professional recognition for people who are doing the job, who know what it means in practice and who are making a difference in real-world settings.
